I strongly believe in the human capacity to thrive. I want to support my community to uncover resiliency and find positive transformation out of life’s challenges. 

  

  

This is for every midlife woman who has ever felt less than, like she can’t wear certain things. Anyone who avoids looking in the mirror or doesn’t recognize the person looking back at her when she does happen to glance at her reflection. This is for any perimenopausal or menopausal woman who feels betrayed by her body and hormones, who feels they are fighting a constant battle with their body that is sucking the joy out of life. The woman who feels guilt when they eat certain things, the woman who uses exercise as a punishment after food but doesn’t enjoy it. You deserve better. You deserve more.

I guide you through tried and tested practices in somatic movement, breathwork, yoga postures, nutrition and lifestyle changes to create a greater sense of connection and feeling in your physical and emotional body.
